To set a publication for process color, choose Tools, Commercial Printing Tools, Color
Printing. Click Process Colors (CMYK) and click OK to the warning that fills and shadows
will be lost. You’ll find the colors in your publication will be duller when you set it for
process color so you may need to adjust for this.
Saving a Publication for Commercial Printing
For commercial printing you can save your file as a Microsoft Publisher file, a PostScript
