Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher (but not Access) let you change this behavior, if
you like, so all the files—main page and supporting files alike—go into a single folder. (It’s
fairly easy to identify the supporting files, which are based on the same file name as the
main file.) To do so in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, choose Tools, Options, click the Web
Options button on the General tab, and then click the Files tab. (In Publisher, choose Tools,
Options, and click the Web tab.) Clear the Organize Supporting Files in a Folder check box.
