Restoring Missing Address Books

I have one Contacts folder in Outlook, but when I press the To button on a form, no folders are listed in my Outlook Address Book.

First, make sure that you have the Contacts folder enabled as an email address book. Right-click on the Contacts folder, choose Properties, and then click the Outlook Address Book tab. The box that enables the Contacts folder as an email address book should be checked.
