Defining Calendar Labels

The use of Labels to further categorize calendar items was introduced in Outlook 2002. Every appointment, meeting, and event in your Outlook calendar can be assigned a label. These labels are color coded to help you visually identify the types of items on your calendar. You can edit each label title to suit your needs. To edit your labels, click Edit, Label, Edit Labels to display Figure 12.34.
