When I attach a file to an email, the file sometimes appears within the email itself. Other times, the file appears at the top of the email in the header. Still other times, the file appears at the bottom of the email. Why does this happen?
Where your attachment appears in the message is completely dependent on your message format. Composing a message in plain text places your attachment in the message header, directly below the To, Cc, Bcc, and Subject fields.
