Requesting Updates Through Project
You can request updates from your resources at any time through Project Server. Simply choose Collaborate, Request Progress Information to display Figure 35.13. You can send an email to each resource asking her to update her progress on the Project Server. Click Edit Message Text to configure the message your resources will receive.

When your resources receive the update request email message, they can log in to the Project Server and update the progress of their various tasks.
