Microsoft Solution Providers develop and support applications written for the Windows environment with Microsoft products. They are independent consultants who have met the strict qualifying requirements imposed by Microsoft.
Microsoft also certifies training centers. A certified training center has instructors who have passed a competency exam and who use Microsoft-produced training material.
