Making Windows Accessible for the Hearing, Sight, and Movement Impaired

In an effort to make computers more available to the more than 30 million people who have some form of disability, Microsoft has added Accessibility Properties. You can use these properties to adjust the computer's sound, display, and physical interface.

To make accessibility adjustments, follow these steps:

1.
Click the Start button and choose Settings, Control Panel.
2.
Choose the Accessibility Options icon. The Accessibility properties sheet appears (see Figure 33.4).
3.
Make your selections and click OK.
