Chapter 27. Administering the Oracle Applications

As an Oracle Application system administrator, you hold the keys to the application. Whereas a database administrator is responsible for maintaining the engine and workings of the application, the system administrator governs user access to your system. Without such a role, your users would have free reign of your applications.
