Customizing the Web Desktop
During the implementations of the Web Desktop, an organization might want to make a few changes to the standard Desktop application to tailor the application to suit their needs. This might include a cosmetic change such as adding their logo or security changes that remove certain functionality from the users.
The changes made to the desktop are global settings and affect all users using the Web Desktop. This differs from users setting their preferences section because those preferences are saved on a user-by-user basis.
