What Are Notes?
Outlook’s Notes, like the sticky notes they resemble, are useful for storing small pieces of text (see Figure 16.1). You can add contacts or categories to your Notes and locate a Note quickly using Find. Because URLs in Notes are clickable, you can paste a URL in a Note and include comments about the site. Outlook saves Notes automatically, so as soon as you move focus away from a Note, you never have to remember to save it.
