Web-Based Administration Overview
A few of the .NET Enterprise Servers offer Web-based administration interfaces. These interfaces have the advantage of being easily accessible from anywhere on your network, although they invariably offer only a subset of the product’s overall administrative capabilities. Despite the popularity of the Web, the .NET Enterprise Servers still rely entirely on traditional 32-bit administrative applications, implemented as snap-ins to the Microsoft Management Console (MMC).
