Adding a page footer

Page footer is also important in our reports. If your company requires you to have some disclaimer or privacy notice written on the report, the footer is usually the right place to put that.

  1. Right-click on any empty space on the report surface, then go to Insert | Page Footer. Just like adding the header, you can also add the footer from the Report menu item.
  2. Let's add a textbox object in the middle of the footer, and on the textbox type our privacy notice: Company Use Only. Not For Distribution.
