Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is one of the most import kind of reports, specially to decision makers. There are a few ways of implementing KPIs in SQL Server Reporting Services 2012.

Using graphs with the combination of expressions that manipulate bar, cell, and font colors corresponding to certain conditions is a common method of producing KPI reports. Gauge and indicator objects give better KPI implementation in most cases.
