Week four: Collaborate
Build, manage and collaborate in the teams of the future
The first thing to say about this chapter is we are talking about the human side of collaboration and not the technical or software side. There are some amazing tools out there to help already effective teams collaborate (especially remotely), but collaboration is as much about people’s interaction with each other as about the tools we use.
Don’t forget the previous three chapters have built skills essential for teamwork and collaboration. So we will be revisiting some of the exercises but this time with more of a focus on working together in and across teams. ...
