Tracking Changes
Another useful feature provided by Calc that helps you track the changes that you make to a spreadsheet (or that a colleague has made in cases where several people are working on the same spreadsheet) is Show Changes. You can turn on the recorder and then edit the spreadsheet as required.
All changes are flagged by outlining the changed cells with a red border. A note is also added to the cell, describing the change and noting the person who made the edit.
