Organizing to Succeed

Even the best entrepreneurial strategy can be so poorly executed that it fails. Many otherwise smart and charismatic entrepreneurs fail to execute because they have designed organizations that are impossible to lead and that make it difficult to execute the projects and processes essential to producing value.
