Leading Through Crises

A crisis happens whenever an important underlying assumption about how your enterprise can succeed proves false. All crises have common characteristics: they are threatening to survival, unexpected, and require significant action and resources to contain, mitigate, and resolve. Some crises are preventable, but many are not. Crises strike every enterprise and every entrepreneur. Irrespective of whether the crisis was preventable or not, leaders are expected to lead their teams to success, and no expectations can be set to the contrary.
