STRUCTURE AND SCHEDULE

A program’s structure determines the pace of stages and gates, and its schedule states how content and asks are arranged within that structure, both being integral parts of the value proposition and value creation on every side. The perceived value can change with different intake schemes (e.g., calls versus rolling applications), selection timeline (e.g., response time), or capital staging over the course of the program (e.g., funds distributed at start versus at end).
