She could feel the weapon pulsing in her hand. When she had pulled it from the violin case, the gang of men laughed at her for brandishing such a delicate looking thing. When she wound the crank on the side and a crackle of electricity ran and jumped up and down the barrel, they stopped laughing, but they did not turn away. These men were obviously not yet familiar enough with scientific advancements to be as terrified as they should be. She would make one last stab at ending this in a civilized manner.
