I am so pleased to add a discussion guide to the second edition of Stepping Up. Over the past ten years I have heard about many groups forming to study the book together both inside circles of leadership within organizations and among individuals desiring to explore together what it means to take 100 percent responsibility. These reports made it critical to include a guide in the new edition.
