Investing in Development
If we do not invest at a much higher rate, and in a more significant and focused manner, in the coaching and development of our emerging talent, we will simply not be able to compete at the high level of skill necessary, let alone have an opportunity to reach the business playoffs. All too often, we send our business players off to compete without the tools and training they need to be successful, and we certainly do not coach them after every shift.
