This appendix provides a series of checklists and evaluation tools intended to assist compliance managers and personnel performing inspections and assessments of some of the more common operations involving planning, implementing, inspecting and record-keeping governed by SPCC. These tools are provided for instructional purpose and guidance only and are not intended to represent an all-inclusive collection of SPCC regulatory requirements. The tools provided in this appendix are adapted from EPA and organized within this appendix as follows.
