Introduction

The Organization Theory presented in this chapter holds the key to changing your organization in a balanced, positive way. The solution is not the “next best way” to talk, to problem solve, or to organize. All those things can help, but all will fail unless the people, your people, are led with clarity and your organization is aligned.
