Defining Staffing Plans
Once the appropriate model format has been created, the work of defining staffing plans can begin. While the basic approach for doing this is the same for both templates, there are some differences. Therefore, separate instructions for using each version are provided. On the one hand, this may seem to create unnecessary redundancy; on the other hand, separate instructions allow you to review just those steps that are needed for the approach you select. Comment fields have been added to each matrix that describe the data to be entered or the calculations that are being made.
