Developing roots

The roots of PO underpin Strategy and Leadership as Service. They are the critical foundations. Without them, the whole business model is at risk. They were present in each of the relationships in the study in the order of prevalence shown in Table 10.1. In this chapter, I analyse these preferences in the context of the system and CFOC and offer deeper insights into how the roots can be implemented and stabilised in practice to become the bedrock of this way of working.
