4 The Role of Psychological Ownership
If we accept my hypothesis that Strategy and Leadership as Service is part of the emerging access economy providing professional services, I needed to investigate why and how it worked. Through my research in different contexts, I found that some users experienced feelings of ownership towards their goods and services, and others did not. Why was that? What was present in some offerings and not in others to give these results?
