Communications
Communications in a corporation is crucial to running a business that
is in touch with everybody (or at least most people) in the corporation,
and to ensure that they are rowing in the same direction. In order to put
some discipline into internal communications, it is important to educate
employees on how to communicate with each other inside the company.
Employees come from dierent companies and cultures and it is too much
to expect that they all know how they are supposed to communicate inside
the corporation.
Education and training of employees is usually a Human Resources
