Motivation and Productivity
One of the most important elements for success of a business is the pro-
ductivity of employees. No matter how hard management works, it will be
useless unless they use leverage by improving the productivity of others in
their organization.
It is not only important for people in the organization to work hard,
but it is also important that they work on the right things and in the right
direction; that is what I mean by productivity. It means eciency focused
in the right direction. You can be the fastest runner, but if you do not run in
