Tame your to-do list
The problem with ‘to-do’ lists is that it takes seconds to scribble yet another entry – which calms you down for that fraction of a second. But if you never get round to doing it, it will stress you out even more.
The secret to a successful to-do list is to allocate time to complete the tasks.
Try instead the ideas of work days, buffer days and free days. Everything you need to do falls into one of these three categories.
Work days: self explanatory
