A Three-Week Commitment

The core skills and habits presented in the following chapters form the foundation on which stress mastery is based. They are absolutely necessary if you are to be able to cope gracefully with the demands placed on you by life. To acquire them will require an initial investment of time and focus. We ask that for the next three weeks, you dedicate yourself to stress mastery training. There are only two requirements to do this. The first is that you commit fifteen minutes a day to practice, so that you may learn to quiet your body.
