In late 2019 and throughout 2020, virtually everyone across the globe took a full-frontal blow. A novel coronavirus, COVID-19, wiped out plans, disrupted livelihoods, and ended lives. The pandemic’s force was swift and severe; particularly, for healthcare workers, students, parents, couples, people living alone, senior citizens, entrepreneurs, leaders, and small business owners.
