Our answer to the first question would be to have a large card, with
relatively fixed information (name, address, contact name, telephone
number) at the top, and a large number of lines below for information
about individual invoices. A possible design is shown in Figure 2.3.
Notice that the data on a record is precisely defined by the objectives
of the system: in this case, the objectives are simply to record details of
invoices, and to ensure that suppliers are paid after twenty-eight days.
