NOW THAT YOU UNDERSTAND the nature and pervasiveness of SAE, you will begin to see them everywhere. You will see people committing them all around you. You may even start to catch yourself before someone else can speak up. These are good things. This is an indication of the mindset shift we mentioned in the introduction. Just know that the nature of all diversity, equity, and inclusion work is that it truly is perpetual effort that good natured people choose to take on for a lifetime.
