Looking after my mental health has always been important to me, and even more so since I started working on this book. At the beginning of 2023, I discovered that I had a heart condition after suffering from high blood pressure and chest pains. It was a scary time, trying to navigate how this would affect my daily activities and life generally. Also, a sharp reminder that I did need to slow down a little.
