At Manning, the publisher’s policy is to help the reader by going the extra mile to make sure the terms used in our books are defined there. The reasoning is that it saves readers some time when they encounter an unfamiliar term.
As is the case for any other business book, this book’s audience is diverse. Depending on your background, you’ll be familiar with most of the terms used in this book but might appreciate definitions for a few of them. The terms that should be defined are different for every user.
