As you can guess from the title of this book, much of it is for introverts. But this chapter is specifically for a different audience: all you extroverts!
If you’re an extrovert, I’m guessing that your introverted friends and relatives frequently puzzle you. What makes them tick? Is there something wrong with them? Why do they act the way they do? And how can you get along more easily with them?
In this chapter, I tackle all these questions. First, I clear up a big misconception: the idea that introverts are somehow “wrong.” Instead, as I explain, both introverts and extroverts are perfectly fine just the way they are.
After that, I offer tips for understanding and coexisting happily with the innies in your life. And finally, I tackle a topic that often brings introverts and extroverts into open warfare: those social activities that you love and they dread.
