About the Author
Joan Pastor, PhD, is a licensed industrial-organizational (business) and clinical psychologist. Her company, JPA International, Inc. (www.JPA-International.com), has provided management, leadership, and team- development training, consulting, and coaching services to Fortune 500 companies and governments around the world for more than 24 years. Joan's passion is growing organizations while positively transforming people within them so that they can grow to their fullest potential.
The recipient of numerous awards, including the 2013â2014 Gallery of Success award from Temple University, Joan makes her home in the Los Angeles area.
