Who do you trust?

Sometimes it's hard to trust yourself. Especially after a health crisis. Believe me, I know.

When your body lets you down, where do you turn? You want to believe in yourself, but guess what? Some days are better than others, am I right? That's just the way life works. Expecting every minute of every day to be magic is simply not realistic. I believe in willpower, but I see that there's something more sustainable. Despite our best intentions, we all are capable of putting bugs into bowls, and hiding in our rooms, instead of taking the action that we need.
