In the preceding chapter I touched on the power of vision and how it can help you define success. I also introduced the universal existence of purpose. We all have a reason for being—we all have a calling. Every team, unit, department, division, and organization has a purpose.
Some of us ignore it. We hide from it. We may even actively run from it. And although we have to dig deep inside to determine our personal calling—the mission of your organization should be a lot easier to find.
