In an article discussing the training of new radiologists, Dr. Richard B. Gunderman wrote that “everyone wants to succeed, but few people take the time to study success. Similarly, everyone dislikes failure, but few people invest the time and energy necessary to learn from their mistakes.”16 Dr. Gunderman’s observation is an important one to highlight in the beginning of a book about success.
