Finalizing Your Procedure
ONCE YOUR PROCEDURE is drafted and seems to be correct, as far as you can tell, you have just a few things left to do to get it ready to be launched in the real world. Launch planning is dealt with in detail in Chapter 10, but it needs to be started before the procedure is released. In fact, for efficiency's sake, you can start the planning now, before the procedure is even finished.
This is also when you make sure the draft procedure looks right—not just to you, but to everyone involved. Users involved in different parts of the process, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders can all have very different perspectives.
