Assisting in the Development of Federal Proposals

The operant word in this chapter's title is assisting. In some school districts the district grants office staff write all federal proposals. This definitely limits the number that can be handled. However, this number can be dramatically increased by changing the role of the district grants office from writing proposals to assisting others in doing so.
