4.1 SUPPLY CHAIN COMPONENTS IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
Supply chain integration means aligning with upward partners—suppliers, service providers and also aligning with downward partners—clearing and forwarding agents, super stockists, stockists, retailers, customers and their processes. A well-integrated supply chain can increase efficiency, promote a healthy and conducive atmosphere, lead to faster development of the product and improve overall quality and productivity.
