A person is known by the company he/she keeps.

Commercially, our success depends on our business associates—vendors.

We must get the right vendor. How do we go about it?

A good supplier/vendor delivers materials of the correct specifications on the stipulated delivery dates. He is ethical in his behaviour, stands by his promises and has high regard for good buyer-vendor relationships. He is progressive in his business and seeks technological advancement in improving the quality of the product he supplies. His price is reasonable. In short, he can be wholly relied upon.
