The Uncommitted may not like their jobs, be total slackers, have hobbies, or they may just do the absolute minimum of what is expected of them, never going the extra mile. At one second after 5:00 P.M., they are out the door. Their interests, energy, and commitments lay elsewhere—their band, their night classes, their relationships, or even their second job. I’m not disparaging their need to return to school or get by on a second job, I’m talking about their attitude.
