Now that we have heard innovative ideas—tested and proven—as shared by the various companies in the previous chapters, perhaps the best and prudent way to overcome talent shortage in Asia is not to leave everything to chance and to just hope for the best. Common sense tells us that for something as crucial as the right talent for the success and growth of any company, we must be in absolute control of it.
