Chapter Objectives
Provide new model to illustrate the sustainability leader attributes and dimensions of measuring sustainability performance (Figure 6.1.).
The qualitative analysis from the in-depth interviews developed a conceptual framework for the leader’s attributes (attitude, behavior, and competencies) that may determine successful business sustainability in terms of the environment for SMEs in Egypt (Figure 6.1.).
