Chapter 17. Using SVG in Java Applications

The focus of this chapter is the Batik SVG Toolkit. After an overview of the contents of the Toolkit, we will look at how desktop applications constructed using standard Java programming techniques can be given SVG viewing and export capabilities using two modules from the Toolkit.
