Endpoint Protection Log Files
If enabled, a number of logs are available related to Endpoint Protection, as discussed in the following two sections.
Endpoint Protection Client Log Files
The Endpoint Protection client logs to the EndpointProtectionAgent.log log file, found in %windir%\CCM\logs.
Endpoint Protection Site Server Log Files
On the site server, the following log files are found in <ConfigMgrInstallPath>\Logs:
• EPCtrlMgr.log*: Records details about the synchronization of malware threat information from the Endpoint Protection role server into the Configuration Manager database.
• EPMgr.log*: Monitors the status of the Endpoint Protection site system role.
